• Continued use of our website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

 

2. Product Information

• We make every effort to display product details, images, and colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

• All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order, our team will notify you for substitution or refund.

 3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices on aokharido.com are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.

• We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

• For orders above Rs.15,000, advance payment is required. Payment details will be shared after order confirmation.

• AO KHARIDO reserves the right to change prices or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or system malfunctions.

 4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery charges: Rs.249 nationwide.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (PST) are shipped the same day; orders placed later are shipped the next working day.

• Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days, but may extend to 7 working days during busy seasons or sale events.

• Orders above Rs.15,000 will be shipped via Daewoo or similar service, and must be collected by the customer.

 5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately via WhatsApp (+92) 300 333 1276 or Email: aokharidopk@gmail.com with photographic proof.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.

• Sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

• AO KHARIDO caters to both retail and wholesale buyers.
