Shipping & Delivery Policy – AO KHARIDO

At AO KHARIDO, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across Pakistan.

 

1. Shipping Charges

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs.150 on all orders.

 

 2. Order Processing Time

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are shipped the same day via our registered courier service.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM are dispatched the next working day.

• Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

3.  Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 working days (no deliveries on Sundays).

• During busy shopping seasons or mega sale events, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

 4. High-Value Orders

For orders above Rs.15,000, an advance payment is required.

• Once your order is confirmed, our team will contact you to share payment details.

• These high-value orders are shipped via Daewoo or a similar service, and must be collected by the customer from the respective terminal.
