Refund & Exchange Policy – AO KHARIDO

At AO KHARIDO, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every order meets your expectations. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you may request an exchange or refund under the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Exchange Policy

All products purchased from aokharido.com can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The item is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel by contacting us at aokharidopk@gmail.com or WhatsApp: (+92) 300 333 1276.

• You must also share photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect item to initiate the exchange process.

2. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging within 7 days of purchase.

• Please include a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for return in your package.

• Customers must return items through a traceable courier service at their own expense to our address (provided upon request).

• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Once we receive the returned item, refund requests are processed within 5 business days.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited directly to your bank account or card within 10 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Important Notes

AO KHARIDO reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund request in the following cases:

• The request is made after 7 days of delivery.

• The product is used, damaged, or tampered with by the customer.

• The original tags, labels, packaging, or accessories are missing.

• The product was purchased on sale or discount (no exchange or refund on sale items).

• The return process was not followed as instructed.

4. Refund Exceptions

AO KHARIDO does not offer a “Money Back Guarantee”, except in cases where:

• The prepaid item is out of stock, or

• The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
